In this small category of fly lines you can find special types of intermediate lines designed to saltwater fish. They are most commonly used when fly fishing for sea trout on the Danish coast, but can also be used for sea bass fishing in the Netherlands, garfish in Denmark, cod in Norwegian fjords but can also be used for fishing in hot Caribbean destinations (bonefish, snook, permit, babytarpon). Of course, these fly lines can also be used safely for freshwater fly fishing!
